Common questions
How do I access my timetable later?
Your verified email owns the timetable. You receive a private edit link by email; bookmark it or save the email to open and edit the timetable later.
What if I lose my access link?
Use forgot access with the verified owner email. TimeTab sends the private edit link only to that stored email.
Can I create more than one timetable?
No. One verified email can create one timetable. If you already created one, use forgot access to recover the same private edit link.
What is included in TimetabPro?
TimetabPro is an optional upgrade for one existing timetable. It keeps the same timetable workflow and adds Pro capacity and paid-plan support when that timetable needs grow beyond the free limit.
What is the TimetabPro price?
The current introductory offer is ₹10,000 for 1-year access, charged upfront. Taxes and final checkout details are shown by the payment provider.
What is the TimetabPro refund policy?
TimetabPro is charged upfront. Refund requests are reviewed manually by TimeTab support. If approved, the refund is calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the current paid access period, subject to payment-provider rules and applicable deductions.
Is TimetabPro activated immediately?
Yes. Start from the timetable you want to upgrade, complete checkout, and the backend activates Pro for that same timetable after verified payment confirmation.
Which payment platform does TimeTab use?
The Pro upgrade button opens the current checkout page. Checkout provider details may change as the payment setup is finalized.
Can you help import an existing timetable?
Old timetable bulk import is not part of the V1 launch scope. You can create and edit timetable data manually, and Pro remains optional when this timetable needs more capacity.
How do I share my timetable with staff?
Use the Export menu to generate a shareable read-only link or a QR code. You can also export as PDF, Excel, or Word for printing.
Can others edit my timetable?
Only someone with your private edit link can edit. Shared links and QR codes are read-only.
Can I export to print?
Yes. Export as PDF for print-optimized output, or use Excel/Word for editable formats.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Uploaded files are discarded immediately after processing. We never log AI outputs, train models on your data, or track identifying information.
Who can see my timetable?
Only people with your access link or shared link. Timetables are not publicly listed or searchable.
What happens to existing timetables?
Existing timetable links keep working. Users who already created a timetable can continue accessing and editing it without a new payment requirement.
